When ordering be sure to include part numbers, quantity and any other detail such as color, etc. Be sure to include complete shipping address and billing information. If you would rather mail order your request, a form is provided. Please print and enter all information with pen.

We accept MasterCard and Visa, we also except checks, please allow up to 2 weeks for checks to clear. Make sure you enter complete number and expiration date. Your credit card is charged only after your item(s) are known to be available for shipping. All credit card orders are encrypted and processed for complete security. All orders are sent from our Dearborn, Michigan facility. We ship items up to150 pounds via UPS or FedEx. Small items are shipped using USPS. All other heavy or bulky items shipped via common truck freight. The shipping cost listed is only an estimate, we do not make any profit on shipping. What UPS or FedEx charges for shipping and insurance is what we pass on to the customer. All estimated shipping costs are estimated for one (1) item, multiply items will decrease the shipping cost, in some cases significantly.

All of our powder coated products are coated in house, and we offer over 40 different color choices. All powder coated items are finished in a Black Hammertone, which is free, unless an alternative is purchased. All powders on average take an additional 3-5 days therefore there is rarely any next or second day air delivery orders on colors. On average for our basic colors; Powder Coating Shops will charge $31-$42 per item, and the turn around time is 2-3 weeks, plus you the customer will be required to supply or be charged extra for the powder. We at Purple Cranium Products strive to give our customers the best possible price and delivery.

Most manufactured parts are warranted usually for 90 days from the date of purchase. Parts used for racing, rock crawling, etc. are warranted against workmanship defects only, they are not warranted for wear of breakage under any circumstance. Electrical parts are usually not warranted. Every return for warranty consideration must have a pre-approved return number, any product which, in our opinion, that shows evidence of being installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
